Some links to the JISC Strategic Content Alliance and their audience analysis project (which they talked about in a workshop I attended last Friday).
The link below explains who the SCA are and what they are about, but if you click on the link to the SCA blog and then the 'Audience publications' tab it gives you some very useful links to their documents on audience analysis.http://www.jisc.ac.uk/contentalliance
